MAITLAND EIGHTEEN v. MACLAREN'S TEAM.
SYDNEY, November 29. Tn the match Maitland District Eighteen v. Maclaren's English Team, the Eighteen liai-e lost 11 wickets for 424 runs. Lindsay scored 101 and M'Glinehy 92. All the Englishmen tried their hands at bowling. December 1. In their match against Maclaren's English team the Northern District Eighteen, having lost 15 wickets for 557 runs, declarec 1 their innings closed. The Englishmen have one wicket down for 70 runs. December 2. The Northern District Cricket match' was drawn. A rain storm interfered with the game. Capp, on the local '•ide, was not out for 114. The English lost; five wickets .for 221. Hayward (6o), Jessop (48), and Quaife (not out 55) were the principal bcorera,,
