The annual meeting of Ehfrelo'd^rit in the above company was held in ihv room of the Dunedin Stock Exchange on the 20tl - ;n»t. The statement §f revenue and expenditure showed that the v.alue of the sold recovsied duringi;lie year amounted ta £4030 3s lid. Tbe expaKse3 incurred came to XSOSS 173 Bd, leaving, with the balance carried forward from last pear, the sum of £2127 15s Su. Out of this has hBBD raid in dividends, and the balance £127 15s 8d is carried forward. The drecige has lately undergone a thorough overhaul, and the cbairman informed the shareholders that he expected to meet them that day year wi6h equally good results. The retiring directors (Messrs J. C. Short and B. Hart) were re-elected, aud so also was the auditor (Mr E. R. Smith).
