May 23. — Tha work at the Break-'ein-All 'race is proceeding rao.ru satisfactorily, ai*d it, ia expected that in a couple of months' time the construction cf the race will be completed. JVIr Lauchlan M'Kenzis has tha contract for deliveringthe plant at the clisim, and has already landed several-loads of pis)e. I fcopa to hear sooa of the claim being in full work, when, no doubt, this much- despised property will turn out another dividend-paying concern.
