The North Otago Times reports the sale of three three-year-old purebred Ayi shire bulls to the New South Walts Government for their stud farm. Two of the bulls were the property of Messrs Rogerson and Fleming, and the other of Mr James Gemmell, but all three were bred by Mr Genimell, and ire the progeny of his celebrated bull Lord Glasgow. The bulls were selected by tbe New Government cattle expert, and h»vi» bsen passed as freo from any form of disease. The bulls ate uamrd King, Grtnetal, and Cip'ain, and are all prize-takers. King was first at Dunediu and Christohuich last year; General was first at Dunedia tie previous year, and ljtst yv'ar was second to King at Ghristchurch, when Captain was third.
