It seems from your report that Dr Black has given a certificate of moffeiihiveness of their proposed manuro depot and factory. As that is now a public document, could you furnish your readers with a copy of it, or if you cannot procure it for your issue of this week, could you insert it in your next issue, and a.s soon as convenient get a corner for it in the pages of your ally the Daily Time* ?
