The Proposed Peninsula Manure Depot. TO THE EDITOR.
Sir, — The inhabitants of _ the Peninsula must naturally feel an interest in the new industry proposed to be started within their district by Messrs Oakden and Begg, and they are much indebted to you for the full report of the Road Board meeting, at which the request of these gentlemen for sanction was discussed. It seems from your report that Dr Black has given a certificate of moffeiihiveness of their proposed manuro depot and factory. As that is now a public document, could you furnish your readers with a copy of it, or if you cannot procure it for your issue of this week, could you insert it in your next issue, and a.s soon as convenient get a corner for it in the pages of your ally the Daily Time* ? The document is being anxiously inquired for, and if published will be curiously scanned. — I am, &c,
Peninsula,
