MARTIN, MAITLAND, and CO. have received instructions from Messrs M'Kellar and Clapcott (who are dissolving partnership), to sell by auction, at their Rooms, Dee street, Invercargill, on tha above date, that valuable Cattle Station known as the HAAST CLARK AND LANDSBOUGH RUN, Situated on the Haast River, in the Province of Westland, containing 30,000 acres leasehold, subject to an annual rental of {d an acre, free of assessment, and with the option of exorcising a pre-emptive right over about 1500 acres, at 20s an acre. The Run will be gold together with about 270 Hoad of superior mixed cattle 4 Working bullocks 2 Station horses. The above is admirably adapted for a cattle-breeding station, and commands tho market for fat stock at Jackson's Bay Settlement, which is rapidly increasing. There is a good road for driving stock to the Run from either Obago or Canterbury, which has been recently cut by Government.
