E.C FRAUD.— On the 27th June, 1866,' MOTTEWALLAH, a printer, was convicted \ at the Supreme Court, Calcutta, of counter- [ feiting the Labels of Messrs. Crosse and 1 Bluckwell, London, and was sentenced by Mr Justice Phear to two years rigorous im- ; pnsonmen ; and on the 30th of the same month, for Selling Spurious Articles bearing labels in imitation of Messrs. Crosse and ' Blackwell's, SHAIK BACHOO was sentenced by the Suburban Magistrate at Sealhah, to two years rigorous imprisonment. CAUTION. — Any one selling spurious Oilmen's Stores, under Crosse and Blackwell's name, will be liable to the same punishment, and will be vigorously prosecuted, Purchasers are recommended to examine all goods carefully before taking delivery of them.
