NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Interim Directors of this Company will finally allocate the Shares applied for on Wednesday, sth November next, at 12 o'clock noon, after which no further application will be received. The Interim Directors have it in their power to allocate the whole 1500 Shares among the present applicants (39 in number), but deeming it for the interest of the Bank that it should stand on the broadest basis as to the number of Shareholders, and to prevent any intending applicants being disappointed, they have postponed the closing of the Share List until the sth proximo as above.
