The catering whs entrusted to Mr Culling, and an abundant supply _ 01.o 1 . refreshments was provided. D ning the evening songs were rendered by Miss W. Dodds, of Wairio, and Mr - M Coulter, ol Otautau, and a recitation by Miss Mclntosh (Wairio). Before dispersing, Miss Gould moved a hearty vote of thanks to the V.M.B.C. for providing such a pleasant evening's enjoyment, and this was carried by acclamation.
