Sib—l have this evening received ~A request to oppose any clause in the new Gaming and Lotteries Bill intended to place further restrictions on TattertallV consultations. The reauest is signed by 173 electors of ihinemuii, l>ut no letter or other indication of who were the promoters has been sent with it.
