FOR CONVENIENCE OF MOTHERS.
CRECHE ESTABLISHED IN ' WELLINGTON. (Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, September 27. This afternoon Archbishop O'Shea opened the new creche-in Buckle street, established by tho Sisters of Compassion under Mother Mary Aubert. Tho building is designed for the special purpose that mothers at work in the day time may leave their babies in safety and comfort. Short, addresses were given by Sir Joseph Ward, the Hon. F. M. B. Fisher, the Mayor (Mr J. P. Luke), and Mr Martin Kennedy.
