VALUABLE FREEHOLD ESTATE In the MOLYNEUX VALLEY. 1386 ACRES- 1386 AORES- j DONALD REID & CO. j have received instructions from Donald Henderson, Esq., to sell by auction at the Otago Corn and Wool Exchange, Dunedin, on Saturday, the 30th instant, if not previously sold by private treaty, AH that very desirable Freehold Property known as the LANSDOWNE ESTATE, and comprising 1386 ACRES, nearly the whole being FERTILE VEGETABLE DEPOSIT and ALLUVIAL FLAT LAND of the richest description, equal in quality to the Taieri Plains or to Inch-Clutha. The LANSDOWNE ESTATE is conveniently situate in the Molyneux Valley (the garden of New Zealand).
