Sm,—By the kind permission of the general manager of the Equitable Insurance Association of New Zealand, I have to-day seen the transfer signed by William Lloyd. Neither my name or signature appears thereon. The document itself i 3 therefore proof positive of the falsity of the published statement that I had signed the transfer, and that my name appeared thereon. The rest of the statements are correspondingly untrue.—l am, &c.,
