An Observer of Passing Etents.—The strong criticism of one of the institutions alluded to in your letter are Bimply a revival of much that was said by the press of the colony at the time when its affairs were under discussion, andnve cannot see that it would serve any good purpose to publish your remarks now. Other portions of your letter "sail dangerously near the law of libel, and we are not disposed to run any risks by pul> lishing it.
