NOTICE TO ADVERTISERS. Advertisers with lohom accounts arc not arranged to be opened, are respectfully informed that Advertisements must be paid for by cash in advance. Advertisers with whom accounts are opened, are respectfully requested to make prompt monthly settlements. The difficulty of collecting a large number of small accounts is such, that it is impossible for the Collector to call half a dozen times for the same account.
