Andrews, for furious driving-, was fmed 30s. and 7s. (>d. costs. P. Malony, John Dyer, and Frank Malony, were brought up on remand, charged with breaking into Mr. Win. Reid's House in Tokonuiiriro. Mr. Read Ayas examined at pome length, and detailed the circumstances of the robbery, swearing positively to $lie identity or" Dyer. 'Mrs. .Reid was also! examined, but she could not identify am^ of the) prisoners. Constable Lnjmbert deposed to having! arrested the prisoners and to i• >c money round on; them, which, however, did not correspond with that stolen. Richardson v. Caliandcr, Reynolds v. Hughes, both settled out of Court. Richardson v. K>sley.—Debt admitted, -vnd judgement given for plaintiff with costs. Oughton v. liutton. The Defendant in this case not appearing, judgement was given for the ■ plaintiff with costs.
