NOTICE TO ADVERTISERS.
Advertisements, when the number ol 'inserkio«& is not stated, will be charged by the month, and will be inserted till they arc countermanded by written order. Advertisements must be paid for in advance, unless when accounts are opened by special arrangement. . On monthly advertisements paid for in advance, and on prompt monthly payments upon accounts, a discount of 2£ per cent, will be allowed. On accounts allowed to run on unpaid over three months, interest at the rate of 20 per cent., per annum will bo charged for the time" in excess .of that period.
