He contributed a certain amount to the support of his wife and child for a while, but finally, about May, 1921, he disappeared from ken and the police have not wince been able to trace him. Service of the divorce papers was therefore dispensed with, and whon the wife's petition for a divorce came before Mr. Justice Stringer at Hamilton last week a decree nisi was granted, to be made übuoluto In three months.
