Messrs Dwan Bros., Willis-street, Wellington, report having sold Mr William Hunter's interest m the lease and goodwill of the Commercial Hotel, Havelock, Marlborough, to Mr John Oamphefl, well known m the local carrying business ; the lease and goodwill of the Post Office Hotel, Picton, to Mr Thomas Green, late of the Agricultural Department, Wellington, on account of Mr R. J. Paul ; Mr J. P. Meagher's interest m the Clarendon Hotel, Waverley, to Mrs Kavanagh, lats of the Post Office Hotel, Palmerston North ; the lease of the Club Hotel, Suva, Fiji, on account of Mr Marks to Mr Barnes, of Uhristchurch ; the lease, furniture and goodwill of the Post Office Hotel, Collingwood, on behalf of Mr C. O'Connell to Mr H. S. Meads, of tne Wairarapa ; the lease, furniture and goodwill as a goiing concern of the Columbia Private Hotel, Lower Cuba-street, to Mr P. T. Lyons, of this city; who is now conducting the business ; the lease of the Club Hotel, Carter ton, to Mr R. J. Paul, late of the Post Office Hotel, Picton. Messrs Dwan Bros, also report having sold three level sections freehold at Maranui, situated opposite tlie store, to Mr Milligan, of Wellington ; also two sections at Maranui, to Mr P. Council, of Kilbirnie ; also a black of land opposite the Palmerston North railway station, together with four houses facing Willisstreet, at the back of the property, and 9i acres at Terrace End to Mr Thomas Weston, of New Plymouth,*
