COURT REFUSES AWARD
[I)Y TKLTJGRAMT —PKKSS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON. Friday; The unusual course of refusing to make an award was adopted by the Arbitration Court on an application by the Wellington grocers, sundries, chemical and related trades factory employees for an award covering employees of 22 firms. The ground for the refusal, given in a reserved judgment, was that the workers concerned were already covered by an existing award.
