Ho advocates a minor rebellion, with the slogan "No benefits, no pay." A few years ago we wore paying a wage tax of Is in_ the £l, and the benefits were very limited. This scheme is the biggest known to New Zealanders, and it is regrettable that certain persons are attempting to sabotage the scheme.
