Tho San Francisco labour leader Harry Bridges, whose deportation has been urged, scut a telegram to Mr. R. S. Copeland, Democrat member of the Senate for New York, demanding an opportunity to testify before the Maritime Committee of the Senate. He said: "You daro not have mo appear."
