ELLERSLIE PROPOSAL
Tho proposal to change the status of tho Ellerslie town district to that of a borough will bo discussed at a meeting of ratepayers to bo held in the Ellerslie Parish Hall, Robert Street, on Wednesday next. A poll will be held in connection with the proposal on February 23.
