SENIOR MAGISTRATE
OIR. W. R. MoKEAN APPOINTED THE BENCH IN AUCKLAND The appointment of Mr. W. R. McKean, S.M., as principal stipendiary magistrate in Auckland, in succession to Mr; Wyvern Wilson, S.M., has been advised by the Department of Justice. The' appointment will come into effect on February 16, the expiration of Mr. [Wilson's three months' leave of absence.
In addition to Mr. McKean, the lAuckland Bench comprises Mr. C. R. Orr Walker, S.M.. and Mr. F. K. Hunt, S-M., whoso term-has been extended to March 31.
