FARMER CHARGED
INDEOENT ASSAULT OFFENCE Charges of carnally knowing a girl under 16 years of ago and of indecently assaulting her at Aharoa on Juno 17, 1937, were brought against Albert Frederick Follas, farmer, in the Supreme Court yesterday, before Mr. .Justice Calkin. Mr. Sullivan appeared for 'accused, whp pleaded not guilty to the charge of carnal knowledge, but guilty to the indecent assault count. Tho charge of carnal knowledge was withdrawn by tho Crown and accused was remanded for sentence on tho other count.
