July r> Commander Spencer, a former husband of the Duchess of Windsor, and Mrs. Norma Johnson, aged 48, widow of a Detroit manufacturer, were marlied to-day in a double ceremony, in which the bride's daughter Betty remarried Balie le Gare, junior, a musician.
