NO JUDGE AVAILABLE

SUPREME COURT BUSINESS HAMILTON WORK DELAYED [from our own correspondent] HAMILTON, Tuesday Whangarei cannot hold a Supreme Court session because it has no suitable building to hold it in. Hamilton cannot hold one because there is no Judge available. The May session of the Hamilton Court extended over an unusually long period, one case lasting 10 days, and there was a fortnight's work uncompleted when the presiding judge. Mr. Justice Fair, had to leave to fill other appointments elsewhere. Mr. Northcroft relieved for two days, but many cases on the list have not yet been reached. It is expected that these will have to remain in abeyance until the August session of the Court opens.
