MEDICAL CONGRESS
NEW ZEALANDER'S ADDRESS LONDON, July r, Dr. Bernard Myers (New Zealand) gave an address to-day on social hygiene to the Imperial Congress, which Mr. L. S. Aniery, M.P., opened in the presence of 'IBO delegates, <lO of whom were from overseas.
Speakers dealt with venereal disease, and stated that its elimination in England showed satisfactory progress.,
