ITALIAN IN SOUTH AFRICA HEIR TO TITLE AND FORTUNE PORT ELIZABETH. July 5 A barber, known as Sollv Smith, has been advised by the Italian Minister that he is Count Nicolai Catazione, and heir to £150,000. He was born in Italy and came to Africa with his widowed mother, who remarried. The son assumed the stepfather's name and the mother did not reveal the son's parentage for fear that he would be called on to servo in the Italian Army. Recently, however, the mother changed her mind and produced the necessary documents.
