OPEN CHAMPIONSHIP Two matches were played yesterday in the open billiards championship tournament at the Vulcnn parlours. J. Donohue beat. F. Taylor by 500 points to 429. while K. Tait defeated W. Thompson by 500 to 357. The tournament will be continued this evening, when W. E. Hackett will play L. Adams.
