OBITUARY
PROMINENT AUSTRALIAN ■ BRIGADIER-GENERAL LAMROCK (Received July 19, 9.45 p.m.)' SYDNEY. July 19 The death has occurred of BrigadierGeneral John Lamrock, C.8., until recently secretary of the Moorefield llace Club. The late Brigadier-General Lamrock was born in December, 1859 at Kurrajong, New South Wales. He was at various times a farmer, an engineer and a company secretary. He served in the Great War on the staff of the Australian Infantry Force, 1914-16, and was mentioned in despatches.
