Friday Owing to/ the fact that the loan moneys were practically exhausted, the Mangapu Drainage Board has decided to employ the engineer, Mr. J. S. Simmonds, on half time. It was also decided to approach the Main Highways Board and the Public Works Department for further subsiCieii.
