COLLISION WITH TRAIN
MOTORIST PROSECUTED [BY TELEGRArH —OWN CORRESPONDENT J IIUXTLY, Friday As a result of a collision between his car and a fast goods train, John Albert Thomas, of Huntlv West, was charged before Mr. S. L. Paterson, S. M., yesterday with driving a motorcar over the Glasgow Street crossing at Huntly when the railway line was not clear. Ho was convicted and fined 10s and costs.
