Application for conversion must be made in writing and be accompanied by the securities to which it relates and surrendered to any Branch of the Bank of New Zealand within the Dominion. Dissent from the conversion of any existing Debentures or other securities may be signified by the holder by notice in writing delivered to the County Clerk, Waipara County Council, Waikari, or any Branch of the Bank of New Zealand within the Dominion in respect of the first-mentioned eleven Loans on or before the Fifteenth Day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five, and in respect of The Lake Sumner Special Rating Area Loan, 1928, on or belore the Twenty-second Day of September, 1935. If notice of dissent from the conversion of any Debentures or other securities is not received by those respective dates the securities will be converted. The rate of Interent on any Debentures or other securities in respect of which dissent is signified as aforesaid will, by virtue of Section 18 of the above-mentioned Act, be reduced to two-thirds of the origin&l rate as from the First Day of September, one thousund nine hundred and thirty-five, in respect of ■ the first eleven Loans specified above, and as from the Eighth Day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five in respect of The Lake Sumner Special Rating Area Loan, 1928.
