BRITISH FARMERS' PARTY
VISIT EARLY NEXT YEAR A party of at least 23 British farmers will mako a tour of New Zealand early next year, according to advice received from the Dominion executive by tho Auckland provincial branch of the New Zealand Farmers' Union yesterday. An itinerary for the party is being prepared by the Tourist Department representatives in London. It is proposed t!»it the visitors should arrive at Auckland on February 26, 1936, leaving two days later for Hamilton. The itinerary will include Waitomo. New Plymouth, Wanganui, Palmerston North, Wellington, Lyttelton, Christchurch. Invercargill, the Cold Lakes, Dunedin, Napier and Rotorua. The partv will leave from Auckland on March 31. It was decided to arrange a programme for the farmers during their stay in Auckland.
