HONEY PRODUCERS
CHANGES IN ORGANISATION NEW MARKETING COMPANY [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON, Tuesday A decision that the company should go into voluntary liquidation was reached unanimously at the annual meeting to-day of the New Zealand Co-operative Honey Producers' Association. Moving the adoption of the annual report, the managing director, Mr. J. Rentoul, briefly reviewed tho company's position and the conditions leading up to'tho present situation which made voluntary liquidation unavoidable. It was decided to appoint Mr. T. D. Cooper, of Auckland, liquidator, tho sitting directors continuing until a subsequent special meeting confirms tho motion regarding liquidation. . ■ At a subsequent meeting of producers from all parts of the Dominion it was docided to reorganise co-operative marketing by establishing a new company. New Zealand Iloney, Limited. Tho provisional directors elected are:—Messrs. J. Rentoul, Aucklandj S. D. Cooper, Auckland; A. B. Callick, Dunedin; F. Smith, Palmerston North; L. F. Bobbins, leniuka; W. Nelson, Otoiohanga;. R. Penny, Taranalci.
