REPARATION DISCUSSION.
MATTER COMING TO A HEAD.

LONDON, May 6
The Paris correspondent of the Morning Post says it is understood that Mr. Owen ]). Young, chief United Slates delegate to the conference of the Committee of Experts on Reparation, lias again approached his Government. His object is to obtain a reduction of tho claim for the expenses of the United States' army </f occupation.
The Paris correspondent of the Daily Telegraph says M. Moreau, Governor of the Bank of France, who is tho head of the French delegation, returned from the country to Paris yesterday. Ho went immediately to a hotel, where Sir Josiah Stamp (Britain) and Dr. Schacht (Germany) were engaged all day in discussing the details of Mr. Young's scheme. Tho result will be a document tabulating the German and Allied points of view. This should be in the hands of the other cieditor members of the conimittco this evening in readiness for discussion at a full session. Tho correspondent says France is likely to accept tho plan only as a basis for discussion.
