ENCOUNTER WITH TRIBESMEN
RAIDERS LOSE 200 KILLED

The Koine correspondent of the British United Press Association reports that raiding tribesmen in tho Libyan desert wero completely routed and over 200 of them killed in tho course of a fierce battle on the extreme fringe of the Italian occupation. Tho fight originated when Italian outposts near the Augila oasis, 220 miles south of Bengazi, camo into conflict with tho tribesmen, who were advancing with the evident intention of pillaging. The casualties among tho Italian native troops wero 10 killed and 20 wounded.
