PREPARATIONS IN BRITAIN.
COMMANDER APPOINTED.
Australian Press Association—United Service. (Received January 23, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON. Jan. 25!. Squadron-Leader A. Orlcbar is to command the high-speed flight which will defend tho Schneider Cup. He has had a vast flying experience. Three planes are already being used for practice at Felixstowe, and have been flying regularly for some time.
