MARRIED TO ALIENS.
BRITISH WOMEN'S STATUS. DOMINIONS* VIEWS SOUGHT* Renter. LONDON, June 18. The Secretary of State for Home Affairs, Sir W. Joynson-Hicks, stated in the House of Commons that no communications had yet been received from tho Dominions directly referring to the resolution on the subject of the nationality of British women who marry aliens, which was moved in Parliament in February. The Minister said he had tried to secure a general agreement on the subject of nationality. It would be wrong to introduce a bill in the meantime. He would see whether a further despatch could be sent to the Dominions asking for tho necessary information.
