CONFERENCE ASSEMBLING. PREPARATIONS FOR PEACE. DELEGATES AT HONOLULU. By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright. (Received 5.5 p.m.) A. and N.Z. HONOLULU. .Tunc 20. Among the passengers who arrived at Honolulu by the Niagara to-day were 16 delegates to the Institute of Pacific Relations, which is to open on July 1. Mr. Duncan Hall, chairman of the Australian delegation, said Australians were very hopeful there wjuld be a full, constructive discussion on preparations for peace, namely, the massing of forces for this purpose and tho outlining of ideals and methods for attaining it; also the best possible enjoyment of peace when obtained. The members of the central executive committee of the institute met the delegates and decorated them. They were taken to the institute's general headquarters at Punahou, where they will occupy the living quarters.
