CASH WANTED FROM GERMANY

The Budget Commission estimates that the 1920 Budget will aggregate £720,000,000. The , Minister for Finance, M. Kioto:, informed the Chamber of Deputies that France must obtain a large cash deposit from Germany before the full details of the bill for reparation are made up. The Government intended to levy a tax on capital, payable in a lump sum or in annual instalments, plus Interest.
