SOMEWHAT UNSETTLED.
FORECAST BY MR. WRAGGE.
The weather was very changeable yeetorday. The atmosphere in the morning was very close, and towards mid-day the sky became dull and threatening. This culminated in heavy showers, which lasted from about 4 to 6 p.m., when the rain ceased for the night. Tho following weather forecast was Issued by Mr. Clement L. Wragge at 8 p.m. yesterday:— " Conditions are still somewhat unsettled over the Dominion generally, and further refreshing showers may occur, with a tendency to electric disturbances, but this notwithstanding fair to cloudy weather should bo the prevailing conditions. Wind variable. Sea moderate."
