TWO MACHINES' DOWN.
- ' 1 LONDON, Sept, 83. Two giant German aeroplanes were lured to destruction aa the result of the Cooperation of Australian airmen and infantrymen. By a pre-arranged plan the airman hovered at a great height, out of sight, allowing the Germans to think that the field was clear, , When the Germans arrived the infantrymen sent up signals, and the Australians swooped, down in & fierce attack. They "crashed " both enemy machines, which carried, crew* of efehfc fifld ton-weight bombs* - ■- • ;
