COLLECTION OF DEBTS.
1 DISPUTE OVER DISBURSEMENTS. A claim to recover £8 Os 7d for work dons and monies paid on account of defendant was made in. the Magistrate's Court yesterday, before Mr. E. C. Cuttcn, S.M., by Roope Bros. (Mr. Inder), 4 commission agents, against James H. Daviea (Mr. Grey), engraver. The claim was.for solicitor's and Court fees incurred -and. work done in connection with the recovery of debts for defendant. 'Defendant said the agreement was that he .should pay a commission on all money recovered by plaintiff, and disbursements, but so mention was mode of solicitors' fees or of defendant having to pay commission cn any debt which he withdrew from plaintins' hands. Decision was reserved. .
