FLOUR FOR DOG BISCUIT.
SUPPLIES RUNNING LOW. A. and N.Z. LONDON, April 28.
The Daily Express states that the supply of low-grade flour fo • the manufacture of dog food is sufficient for the next week. Dogs are then threatened with starvation. A committee has been appointed to devise means to prevent dogs being a menace to feeding tile community. The problem is complex, as the Defence of the Realm Act prevents using human food to feed animals.
