UNREST IN PETROGRAD.
SERTOLI RIOTS RUMOURED.
COUNTER-REVOLUTION PLOT. A. and N.Z. COPENHAGEN. April 28.
No telegrams have been received from Petrograd during the last day or two. Rumours are current of serious riots, and it is even suggested that a counter-revolu-tion has been started. The transport of Russians from Finland was stoppej three days ago, owing to the riots.

The Russian Embassy has no knowledge of any counter-revolution in Petrograd.
