INTEGRITY OF CHINA.
JAPANESE GUARANTEE. Router. PEKIN, April 28. "With a view to ending sensational press speculation regarding the diplomatic situation the Government has authorised the statement that the existing negotiations between China and Japan are intended solely for co-operation against the enemy. The agreement terminates when peace is declared without infringing the political and territorial integrity of China.
