BRITISH RESTRICTIONS.

Excitement in Sweden at the British restriction of exports has calmed in consequence of the Swedish Foreign Office pointing out that the restrictions are not as s'evere as was at first supposed. The criticisms in British newspapers are regarded as indicating nervousness in Britain.
