ANNUAL MEETING OF MEMBERS.

The annual meeting of the French Club was held last night, Professor Maxwell Walker presiding.

The annual report and balance-sheet showed a satisfactory condition of affairs. The former stated that the club had undertaken the movement throughout New Zealand in support of the French Red Cross Fund, ana, thanks to its initiative, nearly £15,000 'had been collected.
